Hero visual (rev 4). Four numbered steps that follow the lead sentence: define the role, choose the checks for Demo candidate A, Demo candidate A takes part, review Demo candidate A’s report. The hero now shows the same Demo candidate A as sections 02 and 04, who has seven checks selected. Step 2 shows four of them plus a "3 more" chip, the report header reads "Selected checks for this candidate" instead of claiming four, and a closing line says "3 more checks in the full report". The four rows shown match section 04 exactly: Identity and PAN Completed, Education In progress, Employment Completed with the previous employer’s reply. Each stop uses the colour it keeps for the rest of the page. Book a demo stays a disabled native button until HB-3. Rev 4.4: the hero sequence is shortened to about 3 seconds. The four steps appear 0.7 seconds apart, starting 0.25 seconds after the hero enters, so the last step is in place at about 2.35 seconds and its fade ends shortly after. Under reduced motion all four show at once.

Animation. The four basics appear, the arrow draws, then the description writes itself line by line. Pink highlights sweep across the same words on both sides, so each basic can be traced into the draft. Last, the employer edits one drafted line: the line marked Draft is struck, the line marked Your edit replaces it, and the sheet tag changes from Draft to Edited by you. Both lines keep the basic "Five years", so the edit refines the draft rather than replacing a requirement (rev 3). Route 1 only. ATS stays off the page.
02Choose what to verify
Verify what matters for each candidate
You choose the checks each time you start a verification.
Two candidates for the same role can have different checks.
Run it before interviews or after selection.
Figure. Two candidates for the same role, side by side, with the same list of checks. Pink fills in one check at a time on each card, and the two cards end with different selections. That contrast, the shared role line above the cards and the count on each card (7 of 8, 5 of 8) say the employer chooses per candidate, without reading every chip (rev 3). No presets or recommended checks. The caption under the cards is new copy, listed in the change log. Rev 4.4: Drug screening now reads "based on your candidate’s inputs" (approved wording change). On phones each method sits in a light inset under its check, headed "How it is verified", the approved column heading, so the check and its method no longer run together. Rev 4.4: selections now play one candidate at a time: Candidate A’s checks are chosen in order, then after a short pause Candidate B’s, and both final selections stay visible.

Your candidate shares the certificate from their official document account when it is held there. Otherwise, it is reviewed from the certificate they upload.
Employment
Your candidate shares the employment record from their official document account when it is available there. Criminal record
The report lists any cases found, with their case and FIR numbers where they exist.
Rev 3. The three tiles keep Consent, Information and Documents, each now one full sentence about what your candidate does. The Sooner to Longer axis and its four timing labels are removed, so no turnaround is claimed. A plain list now pairs each check with how it is verified, in employer language, taken only from the demonstrated methods. No provider, source or retrieval method is named, and the criminal record row describes only the result (method not demonstrated, OD16, PQ14). Every sentence in the tiles and the list is new copy, listed in the change log. Rev 4: "the same way" is replaced with the actual route ("from that same account"), so Education and Employment each name what your candidate provides, the upload fallback, and the email confirmation fallback. "Any reply is attached" no longer implies that every previous employer replies. Drug screening now says only that it sits outside the online steps (arrangement not shown, OD18). Criminal record adds the case and FIR numbers shown in the demo, and still says nothing about how the search is made (OD16). Rev 4.1: Education and Employment now name "their official document account" instead of "that same account", so neither line depends on the row above. Claims unchanged. Rev 4.2, product owner answers (6 Nov 2026): the experience letter supports the Employment check; if the previous employer does not reply, employment is cross checked against PAN, Aadhaar and the income tax filings of candidate and employer; criminal record shows case and FIR numbers where they exist; drug screening result is shown in the online report (confirmed by the product owner, 6 Nov 2026). Rev 4.3: the Drug screening row now reads, as supplied by the product owner, “Results are available instantly based on the candidate’s inputs and shown in the online report.” The earlier offline collection wording is removed and OD18 is withdrawn.

Rev 3 audit. Each row now agrees with itself. Every check opens In progress and settles to Completed only when its result appears; Education stays In progress. Employment reads as two numbered steps: the official employment record found no records, so the previous employer was asked to confirm by email, and the reply is attached. The old phrase "no request sent" is removed because it contradicted the reply (product meaning to confirm, PQ). The criminal record row no longer starts as Source unavailable, because the sample never showed a retry; it opens In progress and settles to Completed with No cases listed. Source unavailable · Try again stays only in the list of statuses a check can show. The employer reply appears in the employment section only. No totals, scores, pass or fail, or overall status. Rev 4: one plain sentence under the status list says that Completed means the verification steps have finished and is not a result, and that the result sits in each check’s own details. Employment keeps its two steps unchanged, so its green Completed now reads as "the process is finished" (record had no entries, the previous employer was asked, the reply is attached), not as a positive finding from the official record. No status, result or outcome label is added. Rev 4.4: the green row flash is removed. Each status pill crossfades in place from In progress to Completed in 0.3 seconds, and the result line fades in just after it, one row at a time over about 2.7 seconds. Nothing moves, tints or pulses, so the report reads as a record rather than a celebration. Education stays In progress.
The report sets out the evidence. The decision is yours.
Rev 4.4 closing. The word by word scroll effect is replaced, at the reviewer’s request, by one reveal that plays once: the line rises and the first sentence fades in, the second sentence follows in pink about 0.7 seconds later, then the rule draws. It is a scene like the others, so replay and reduced motion handle it. This knowingly departs from the house rule that taglines light word by word.

Make recruitment move
Keep hiring moving
Your candidate takes part directly, so each check spends less time waiting for someone else to act.
One less chain to coordinate

Rev 3 figure. One story in four numbered panels, read in order without a legend. 1: your own applicants, drawn as people. 2: your list beside other Propla customer organisations, whose candidates are blank hatched discs. 3: most discs fade and a few eligible ones stand out in pink, still blank, so no profile is shown. 4: a previous employer confirmation used again in your verification. The three approved benefit lines are now the text of panels 2 to 4, so they are not repeated in a separate list. No counts, faces, names or Verified mark (PQ20). Who is eligible, what an employer may see and when reuse applies are not described (PQ19, PQ21, PQ22). Panel labels and in figure captions are new copy, listed in the change log. Rev 4, panel 4: label, illustration, caption and text now describe one capability: an earlier check that is eligible may not need to be requested again. The card is labelled "Example", the caption says "Only where the earlier check is eligible", and the text names the employer confirmation as one example ("such as"), because it is the only reuse case the evidence shows. The panel does not say every earlier check is reusable, or that only employer confirmations are. Which checks qualify, for whom and with what candidate consent is PQ21. Rev 4.4: motion now tells the story. Panels arrive in order; in panel 2 the three other organisations appear one after another beside your list; in panel 3 most blank discs quieten and four eligible ones turn pink, still blank and hatched; in panel 4 the example row appears. No disc ever shows a name, face or profile, and nothing implies every candidate is reachable. On phones each panel plays as it scrolls into view.

Rev 3. Structure kept. The demo card is wider, is headed What you will see in the demo (new copy), and lists the three approved steps at Title 2 with larger pink numbered badges, so the checklist reads at a glance beside the button.
